How cool would it be to have your own climbing wall in your living room? or your garage or even in your bedroom over the bed (lots of padding if you fall and of course the chance to practice overhang climbs haha).
Having my own climbing wall in my house has become somewhat of an obsession now! I do not own a home and live in a very cozy rented flat so it is still a ways in my future. All of this aside I can day dream can’t I?
I can see it being a strong reason for friends to want to come visit. You may remember the game lava, where as kids we would pretend the floor was made of lava and you couldn’t touch it. We always came up with excuses to need to move around while playing (otherwise what would be the point). I can just see having hand and foot holds all over the house so adults can play without crushing delicate furniture.
Imagine the opportunities for hilarity, hubby is driving me to climb the walls! Having a party? You just know your guests will have a great time challenging each other to move about using them only. It would be like your house or any room in it is an adult version of a kids climbing frame.
